McAkins Atelier was conceived about a decade ago and was incorporated in 2015 as an indigenous firm of professionals to undertake Building Design, consultancy, Landscape Architecture, Building Construction and Construction Supports. From its modest beginnings, McAkins Atelier has grown rapidly in the short space of time to becoming a player in the construction industry in Nigeria. McAkins Atelier is a property development company which specialises in Design and Construction of Buildings, also, providing both commercial and residential accommodation according to the ever growing needs in Nigeria. Coordination of the planning, management and overseeing of the execution of all the infrastructure systems in neighborhoods, commencing with earthworks, sewage, drainage, roads, lighting and management of the execution and overseeing of the development including open public areas, gardens and irrigation systems.   With its office in Lagos and Ibadan, McAkins Atelier undertakes projects all over Nigeria. McAkins Atelier has put together a compelling management team combining the strong property development & management services, project management and construction experience with which to expand and grow the business.
